All the ingredients used in our menu are from selected and local suppliers that grow their food with genuine passion. 

Some of the ingredients that we will be used are: varieties of beetroot, wild mushrooms , game and large selection of herbs. 

Our menu is inspired by the award winning chef Raymond Blanc.
